Why a French property buyer should avoid the listing agent

esreafrance

As a French property buyer you are under no obligation to always visit a property with the agent who has the listing (mandate). It is typically better to work with one agent you know and who knows your needs and who has agreement of co-operation from the listing agent. Why?

Because if you decide to make an offer on the property the seller has his own agent and you have your own agent negotiating on your behalf.
This will help you get the price you want to pay for the property.
