My family has found the Guide book of “50 Tips Selling French Property” very useful. It is concise, gives basic relevant up to date information with appropriate images/photos and most of all a great Checklist which we found most useful in reviewing who does what, when, how. Also, it gives a lot of “food for thought” making one then look further into finding out more detail from French websites etc. And it helps to keep focus on what is important.
