One
Remember proper insulation can keep your home warm in winter and cool in summer so make sure the insulation is good in your French real estate.
Two
To keep your summer French real estate cool avoid spreading using of appliance that create heat during many parts of the day. Do as much as possible of, for example, cooking at the same time.
Three
Close the shutters on the windows and doors with glass during the day to prevent direct sun heating the air inside.
Four
At night do your best to let the cool air of the night pass through your home. Windows open back and front that allow an air current can be great but make sure the home is secure. Make sure you have fly screens in place.
