Note: Always confirm with your notary what reports you are entitled to have as a buyer and you have to supply as a seller depending on the features of the property you are selling. Also, note required reports for selling are not the same as for renting. Consult a notary for guidance on the reports you are entitled to as a renter and what you must supply as an owner.
