In a French real estate transaction what does the term ‘Emoluments’ mean?
In a French real estate transaction the remuneration of the French notaire is called emoluments.
This is the fee the notary receives for his or her work. Not to be confused with the notary fees, since ’emuluments is only part of the notary fees.
