In french real estate you want to make the best first impression by painting the front door of your home before you put it up for sale. In some cases you may need to change the front door if there is damage that you can’t delete with paint.
You will be surprised how many people greet buyers with a front door that looks like a cat spent its life scratching it to get inside or one of the neighbor’s children tried to tear the paint off.
It will take you time to paint or stain your front door but it will make a great first impression.
