Venting and French real estate
When we are living in a French property we don’t always see some of the unclean spots that are above our heads. One of these items is the vents that are used to exit and circulate air in and out of a house or apartment.
The challenge is that these vents can collect a lot of dust and they can look pretty nasty. Make sure you take the time to clean them up, all impressions count when you are displaying your home. Uncleaned areas imply to a buyer you don’t care about your home and may be desperate to sell.
