Paris Pricing at a New Record High

The notaries of France records show that the price increase for Paris on average is estimated for February 2017 to have increased 6 percent year over year.

An average price of 8 500 euros per square meter beating the record of 2012.

Is the sky the limit?

It is worth noting that in 2005 the average price of property in Paris was 4 500 euros per square meter!

Pricing of course varies depending on the part of Paris, the most expensive right now is the 7th Arrondissement at 11 400 euros per meter square and the ‘least’ expensive is the 19th Arrondissement at 6 900 euros per meter square.
