New French Real Estate Sales Sky Rocket!
New French real estate sales have an increase of 19.5 percent year over year and blown a hole in the roof of recent sales records.
Builders are smiling.
The French builders association noted in Explorimmo Neuf that sales of new homes was 133,600 in 2016 compared to 110,600 in 2015. 2014 sales numbers were 97,768.
The increase is believed to be due to the low interest rate loans.

If you grew up like I did cutting the grass with a fuel powered lawn mower that would make you stink and dizzy, you may also remember the days when someone invented the electric lawn mower but you had that silly cable to drag around and you were afraid that the cable would get cut or caught.
Now today I watched a video (nicely embedded below for you) that is an in depth review of Bosch Electric Mower that are battery powered, yes, yes, cable free! and the battery can last a whole day for professional gardeners.
Now this is a positive move, although I am still not a fan of big grass covered gardens.
