Why do French real estate sellers need to do the diagnostics?

French real estate sellers could lose a potential buyer for their property when they do not have the diagnostics available for an interested buyer to view.

French real estate sellers need to work to nourish the best first impression of their home. Rember the potential buyer wants to know all the details since because if you do not have the diagnostics available the next home the buyer sees most like does and the buyer may choose it because the buyer has all the information about work than needs to be done.

Buyers often assume that the seller is not serious about selling or is hiding something if the diagnostics is not available.

As a French real estate buyer make sure you tell your agent or tell the seller you need to see the diagnostics when you come visit.
