In French real estate, in general ‘net vendeur’ or ‘prix net vendeur’ is the amount of money the owner of a French property receives after all the expenses of the sale are deducted, for example the cost of using an agency.
Note: owners may also have additional charges like ‘capital gains tax’ (une taxe sure la plus-value) of the property, outstanding property taxes, syndic charges etc.
