SDB in a French real estate advertisement is the abbreviation for Salle de Bains or Salle de Bain, the room in a French home where you can wash your body. For example, where you take a bath, the French term for a bath is Baignoire.
HOWEVER, sometimes the SDB does not contain a bathtub, instead it contains a cool shower unit. When this is the case you will sometimes find this shower room described in a publicity as a salle d’eau or SDD meaning ‘Salle de Douche‘
