According to a new study just completed by MeilleurTaux and reported in Explorimmo there have been significant changes:
- The average transaction value in France has increased by 4.8 percent over the last ten years.
- The average buyer is making a deposit towards their purchase of just over 68,000 euros compared to just over 35,000 Euros in 2004.
- The average buyer is older: 37.4 years old compared to 32.7 years old in the study in 2004.
