When you are considering buying a French co-property (for example, an apartment) you need to know all the costs including the charges but particularly three potential additional costs: The work signed for (Les travaux signés), the work planned (Les travaux prévus) and the work being studied (les travaux en cours d’études).
This information you need to have in writing so you know about your future costs of your French property and you can adjust your purchase price accordingly.
