Owners of French real estate properties that are co-properties have an annual meeting. This meeting is called an ‘Assemblee General’ in French.
Prior to the meeting each owner receives a document that notifies the owners of all the items that are to be discussed and decided on during the meeting. This document is called “convocation a l’ assemblee generale annuelle’.
This is an important document so make sure you have someone who reads and understands French explain the details of the document to you.
