French real estate prices are continuing to rise in the first half of 2019.
Demand is still high due to low interest rates for mortgages.
According to the Laforêt group for the first half of 2019, a one-year rise in prices of 2.1% (to 3157 euros per m²) in France. Despite this, transactions grew by 7%.
