The term ‘toiture’ means roof and’ refaite à neuf en 2019′ means it was redone like new in 2019.
We highly recommend that in a French real estate advertisement when you see the phrase refaite à neuf en 2019 for the roof you get documentation from the owner to see if all the roof was done and what was done and what guarantee you have. If at all possible speak to the company who redid the roof. Roof work is very expensive in France so you want to be sure what is meant by the statement.

La partie nuit, this means what one may call in English the sleeping area or sleeping quarters
à l’étage means upstairs or up one level
So together it means ‘the sleeping area is upstairs’
