It always starts with the location of the property. Is it desirable? Is it a location that will appreciate over time? Some people will tell you a beautiful home with a great floor plan will move into first position for the value of the property. However, how can this be true? You can indeed build a nicer home in a great location but you cannot create a nicer location than the one the property is in. So location remains top priority
