Brochure and Schedule for NICE French Riviera Patrimonial Days 2014

This weekend in Nice on the French Riviera is a special time because visitors and residents alike get to discover the history of Nice.

On Saturday September 20th and Sunday September 21st 2014 many of the museum, cultural and natural heritage sites are open to the public so we can all appreciate the cultural and historical values that place Nice   (map) as an important town in France.

You can visit the old military fort on Mont Alban or the artwork of Henry Matisse at the Matisse museum among many activities.

Tour Odeon Monaco What is the price of the apartments in Tour Odeon Odeon Tower?

Tour Odeon located in Monaco on the French Riviera is scheduled to be first occupied by new owners in approximately April 2015.

According to an article in Nice Matin and confirmed by a visit of an English speaking French real estate agent we are in contact with the apartments are priced between 70000 Euros to 80000 Euros per square meter of space purchased.

The Tour Odeon developers do not offer an exact sale price per unit due to the fact that it depends on the floor the apartment is located and the level of finishing requested by the buyer. Many buyers may ask for changes that will adjust the final price of their Tour Odeon apartment.

A few notes on the building:

* The Tour Odeon is 170 meter high and offers outstanding views towards Italy and over Monaco plus view toward the hills behind Monaco.

In the News French Real Estate Market Stabilizing

French Real Estate Markets dropping prices maybe stabilizing, according to a report by CNBC.com

In the second quarter of this year French real estate prices grew ZERO percent instead of declining according to the latest INSEE figures released this week (Sept 11 2014)

However, prices have dropped overall when you compare year over year.

What percentage of French people own their own property?

Some of our international readers ask us recently ‘What percentage of French property owners own their own real estate?‘. This question was to help investors decide if the rental market was a valuable option.

The answer which we found on Explorimmo is that as of the end of 2011, 57 percent of French people own their own real estate which is considerably lower than the European average of 67 percent.
