The price of a property in France does not always include the agency’s fees. To be sure you need to ask every agency you contact if the price includes the agency commission.
If it is not included then it may be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the agency’s fees. If you are paying the agency fees you will also need to make sure you know the amount of tax you will have to pay on the agencies fees.
