The French real estate term immeuble or residence de standing means that the residence is one of higher quality and up scale features compared to most residences in the area. For example, the residence may have its own caretaker on site or it own private swimming pool in the residence.

The French term vue dégagée typically means the view is open with nothing blocking your view towards something interesting to see. For example, vue dégagée sur les collines means open view towards the hills.
