esrea france

Good News and Bad News

Good News:
The French government has been working on installing a new tax on French property owners to generate money to finance work in Paris.

The controversial regional special equipment tax called the TSER has been postponed.

It should not be included in the next government of France finance bill.

Bad News:
2016 is not the year that local taxes will go down. Property tax is expected to increase on the average of 1 percent depending on where your property is located.
