After many months of waiting some experts suggest the French Real Estate market is getting more active or at least should be.
According to a new article published in French on Explorimmo low interest rates, lower prices, capital gains tax relief may inspire more activity in the market. Experts like François Davy of the Foncia Group noted an increase in market activity during the months of July and August (2013). The president of the Guy Hoquet group also remains optimistic.
Indeed many agents recommend it is a good time to explore the market for highly motivated sellers who are selling at interesting prices but you have to look closely to find these deals.
