When you are shopping for French real estate there are several documents you may be asked to sign by a French real estate agent. It is important to know what there purpose is.
For example, a potential purchaser may be asked to sign a document called a ‘bon de visite’. This document is designed to acknowledge that a particular buyer visited a property with a certain real estate agency on a particular day.
