New French real estate sales have an increase of 19.5 percent year over year and blown a hole in the roof of recent sales records.
Builders are smiling.
The French builders association noted in Explorimmo Neuf that sales of new homes was 133,600 in 2016 compared to 110,600 in 2015. 2014 sales numbers were 97,768.
The increase is believed to be due to the low interest rate loans.
