According to the latest report from the Notaries of France, when we look at the evolution of the price of French property over the long period, a period of three years, we can see the evolution of the price change in the French property market.
Since the end of 2011 and the 3rd trimester of 2014 the average DOWNWARD price adjustment of French property is 5 percent. When you correct this for inflation the price drop is 8 percent.
