French Real Estate Mortgage Interest Rate Below 2 Percent
According to the CSA that monitors French real estate mortgage interest rates the average mortgage interest rate in France has now fallen below 2 percent.
This happened last month March 2016.
February 2016 the average was 2.09 according to the CSA.
November 2015 the average was 2.20.
