French Real Estate AirBnB in France soon to be Taxed More

French real estate owners who rent their property through rental companies like AirBnB will soon have potentially a new expense.

The French Government will (if the new law is passed) as of January 1st 2017 require owners to pay social security contributions if they receive more than 23000 euros per year using online platforms such as AirBnB.
